REMBRANDT, VAN GOGH, AND HENRI NOUWEN: SEEKING CONNECTIONS IN HOLLAND

  • Trinity College 15 Devonshire Place Toronto, ON, M5S 2C8 Canada (map)

“What did Rembrandt, Van Gogh and Henri Nouwen have in common? Why did Henri consider these artists among his spiritual teachers?

Join art historian Katharine Lochnan and philosopher Sean Mulrooney, Regis College Adjunct Professors, as they share insights gained on a trip to Holland to search for answers to these questions. As part of the new Spirituality and the Arts stream in the Toronto School of Theology, Katharine and Sean will join forces in January 2020 to present a course on this subject.

This event is presented in partnership with Imago and Trinity College Faculty of Divinity.”
